The successful Business Analyst will work with the client?s business specifically in Retail Scheduling and Outsourcing to methodically investigate, analyse, review, define and document business requirements; ensure that there is traceability back to the business requirements through the test processes throughout the development lifecycle; ensure that the ?as-is? and ?to be? processes are documented; support the business with User Acceptance Testing and establishing changes to operational processes; undertake project management activities on small projects where necessary.
